Women's Dance Work-out class with Tatjana (West L.A.  /  Marina del Rey)

I am teaching a “work out class” in Marina del Rey / Mar Vista area with a focus on weight loss and body firming techniques inspired from my training in International Latin Ballroom dancing. This class is for women only, it is partially a cardio work out class incorporating the very basic steps found in salsa, cha cha, rumba, samba and jive. The other half of the class will focus on body–sculpting exercises, firming and sculpting upper arms, chest, waistline, abdominal area, butt, hips and thighs. This is not a dance class, and you do not have to be a dancer.

What to bring:
- Dance shoes or sneakers
- Yoga mat

10 Classes (20% discount):  $120
